Ruang Logo – PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. (IDX: INDF) dan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. (IDX: ICBP) merupakan produsen berbagai jenis makanan dan minuman yang bermarkas di Jakarta, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tanggal 14 Agustus 1990 oleh Sudono Salim dengan nama PT Panganjaya Intikusuma yang pada tanggal 5 Februari 1994 menjadi Indofood Sukses Makmur. Perusahaan ini mengekspor bahan makanannya hingga Australia, Asia, dan Eropa.

Dalam beberapa dekade ini Indofood telah bertransformasi menjadi sebuah perusahaan total food solutions dengan kegiatan operasional yang mencakup seluruh tahapan proses produksi makanan, mulai dari produksi dan pengolahan bahan baku hingga menjadi produk akhir yang tersedia di rak para pedagang eceran.

Brief History of the Company

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk., which was incorporated as PT Panganjaya Intikusuma in 1990, has various businesses that have been operational since the early 1980s.

• 1990

  Incorporated as PT Panganjaya Intikusuma.
  Entered the snack foods business through a joint venture (“JV”) with Fritolay Netherlands Holding B.V., an affiliate of PepsiCo Inc.

• 1994

  Renamed PT Indofood Sukses Makmur.
  Listed on the IDX.

• 1995

  Commenced backward integration with the acquisition of the Bogasari flour mill

• 1997

  Expanded its business integration by acquiring a group of companies involved in plantations, agribusiness and distribution.

• 2005

  Entered the shipping business through the acquisition of PT Pelayaran Tahta Bahtera.

• 2007

  Listed the Agribusiness Group, Indofood Agri Resources Ltd., on the Singapore Stock Exchange (“SGX”).
  The Agribusiness Group expanded its plantation holdings by acquiring PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, an IDX-listed plantation company.

• 2008

  The Agribusiness Group ventured into the sugar business by acquiring PT Lajuperdana Indah.
  The Consumer Branded Products (“CBP”) Group entered the dairy business by acquiring PT Indolakto, one of the leading dairy producers in Indonesia.

• 2010

  Listed the CBP Group, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, on the IDX.

• 2011

  Listed PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk, a subsidiary of the Agribusiness Group, on the IDX.

• 2013

  The CBP Group entered the beverage business.
  The Agribusiness Group expanded its sugar business to Brazil and the Philippines through equity investment in Companhia Mineira de Açúcar e Álcool Participações (“CMAA”) and Roxas Holdings Inc. (“Roxas”).

• 2014

  The CBP Group expanded its beverage business by entering the packaged water business, with the acquisition of packaged water assets including the Club brand.

• 2018

  The CBP Group acquired full ownership of the beverages and culinary products subsidiaries, in addition to the commencement of national product distribution of paper diapers business.
